Delete your FITNETER account

You can request permanent deletion of your FITNETER account and associated data here — whether or not you still have the app installed.

This is permanent. Deleting your account removes your profile, activity history, club memberships, and stored payment records from FITNETER's systems. This cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone number, photos)
Recorded activities, routes, and GPS history
Club memberships and event registrations
Health/wearable sync data stored by FITNETER
Chat messages and social activity tied to your account

Certain records — completed payment transactions and GST invoices — are retained for the period required by Indian tax law, disassociated from your personal profile wherever possible. This matches the deletion behavior of the in-app "Delete Account" flow.

Already have the app installed?

The fastest way to delete your account is in-app: Settings → Privacy & Data Rights → Delete Account. It takes effect immediately.

Don't have the app, or can't sign in?

Email us from the address or phone number associated with your account and we will verify your identity and process the deletion. Include the phone number you registered with, if you remember it — it's the fastest way for us to find your account.
